First a report from Shirley Thew, UK, a member of the NEC and Chairman of the Standing Committee on Education. On the final day of the Congress, Shirley gave a plenary lecture on the British U3A model, which was very well received.

 

Ron and Jean Westrup's report provides a view from Australia, and a comparison with the Quebec Congress of 2002.
