U3A Duxton Hill

U3A Duxton Hill is an environment for the expansion of knowledge among third agers with the attended benefits that continuity of learning and related social activities brings. Its objectives include sharing knowledge and experience in holistic health and happiness, as well as related social issues in Singapore. It also provides ongoing learning for people who have retired from full-time careers or have reached the age of 50 years in later life learning and in social interactions with others with similar interests. U3A Duxton Hill is one of the two units in the Centre for Holistic Wellbeing Limited (CHWL) which is a not-for-profit public company limited by guarantee. It was founded in 2018 as a public service and charitable outreach to promote holistic health and social wellbeing. The other unit is a Medical Seminars Unit.

Membership: It has 40+ registered members who held regular sessions to discuss topics on ageing, longevity, healthy lifestyles, and relevant social issues. Membership is by invitation; and there is no membership fee.

Activity Groups: Healthy lifestyles and related social issues.
